Non-Returnable Items
Due to the sanitary nature of our products, wigs cannot be returned.

Damaged or Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item:

  • Notify us within 10 days of receiving your order by emailing tayslaywigs@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the damage.
  • Once approved, we will replace the item free of charge.

Refunds
Refunds are not available for wigs or custom orders. For other items eligible for return:

  • Notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return the item.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Process a Return

  1. Email tayslaywigs@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. We will review your request and provide instructions for approved returns.
  3. Securely package the item and return it to the address provided.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for wigs or custom orders. For eligible damaged items, please follow the instructions above.
